In addition to marketing residential real estate, we have also worked side-by-side as the owners and innkeepers of Concord’s Hawthorne Inn since 1976. In our capacity as the innkeepers of an award-winning Inn we have served as welcoming ambassadors to tens of thousands of visitors, from all continents and walks of life. In fact, we were led to real estate sales by the many guests of the inn who sought our advice and help in relocating to our area.
While we bring an insider’s perspective to our real estate practice in Concord and surrounding communities, we are also able to view the market through the eyes of a newcomer. We have a wealth of knowledge about schools, neighborhoods, and local amenities as well as the special ability to introduce you to the nuances of the local communities. We are passionate about the varied landscape, the change in seasons and the many educational, multi-cultural, historic and economic opportunities that exist in the Boston environs.
